Yum! Brands has over 54,000 restaurants in more than 155 countries and territories operating the Company's restaurant brands. Historically each of these brands and countries built and maintained their own systems, with little to no shared systems or data in-between. Starting in 2020 we decided to change that! Join us as we discuss the challenges, victories, and key learnings as we designed and built this global system.
