The SaaS Solo Sprint: From Idea to Launch Without Losing Your Mind

I have been dreaming about building a SaaS since even before I got my first internship as a software engineer. I saw these stories online of people creating these amazing, valuable and interesting tools online, all on their own. I then got my first developer job. Years went by and I still had a lot to learn. I still had not started my SaaS. But at one point I did get started. This is a story of my hurdles, mistakes and hard lessons learned while building my first ever SaaS as a solo developer. I have been building my first SaaS for a while now. But before that, I learned all I could to prepare myself for the journey. I read blog posts and many tweets from SaaS builders, listened to hours of podcasts about building SaaS, read books about it, you name it. And the funny thing is: I still wasn't ready. You never really are ready. If you've been thinking about building your own SaaS but haven't started yet, this talk is for you. I'll go over how I built my first project. What I tried. What I would do differently if I had to start over. What I did right. What kept me up at night. The whole experience and all the lessons learned. We will also talk about topics that aren't coding, but still really important if you want to build a SaaS. I will give you some ideas for what you need to get started. Because getting started is the maybe the hardest part.
