Eric is a Director for Improving, and has a 20 year history with leading teams, architecture, agility, and technology. If architecture is the stuff that's hard to change about a system, an architect's job is to make sure there is as little architecture as possible, but no less. Has a now-thoroughly-obsolete degree in AI, but has done a bit since then. Thinks the iron triangle is actually shaped like a D4. Knows which side of the API contract (or the business requirement) is the pointy end. Likes people, even when people are the problem.
